St Pancras Schools, Leavesden, Hertfordshire
The St Pancras Schools at Leavesden In Hertfordshire. The schools were opened in by the St Pancras Board of Guardians in 1872 to house pauper children in the countryside away from the workhouse. As well as classrooms and dormitories, the schools had their own laundry, infirmary, and swimming baths
