Former RCAF C-5 Northstar

A former RCAF C-5 Northstar after it was sold to an aircraft dealer in Long Beach and re-registered N17599. This aircraft was the only North Star to be equipped with R2800 radial engines instead of the more common Rolls Royce Merlin engines. Ineligible to acquire a US Airworthiness Certificate, it was scrapped in the late 60s
