Battle of Auray (29 September 1364). War of the Breton Succession (1341-1364). Confrontation between two Breton factions. One of them was supported by France, led by Charles de Blois and Bernard du Gueslin. The other faction was supported by England, under John de Montfort and Sir John Chandos.
