The Panathinaiko or Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaron). During Classical times the stadium had wooden seating. I was uset to host the athletic portion of the Panathenaic Games. Was Built in 330 BC by Lykourgos, and it was restored in its present form betwenn 1896 and 1906. Athens. Central Greece. Attica. Eruope
