Cecil Stanley Grace and The Hon Charles Stewart Rolls flying Short-Wright biplanes at Eastchurch on 28 March 1910. It was to these flyers that a memorial window was inserted in Eastchurch parish church and unveiled by the Archbishop of Canterbury in August 1912
