The Deputation to Col Seeley headed by Lord Desborough

The Deputation to Col Seeley, headed by Lord Desborough, which presented the Government with a 50hp Gnome-Bleriot Aeroplane on behalf of the students of the International Correspondence Schools. Photograph shows group on the War Office steps after the presentation. In the centre of the group is Sir Joseph Ward (President of the International Correspondence School (I.C.S.) in New Zealand) and on the left is Lord Desborough, head of the Deputation. 28 January 1913
