Brest-Litovsk buildings burn
Buildings on fire in the city of Brest-Litovsk. The city was captured by German forces in December 1915, and in March 1918 was the scene of the signing of a treaty which ended the war between Russia and Germany. The city now lies in Belarus, very near the border with Poland
