Wilhelm Leopold Colmar Freiherr von der Goltz (1843-1916), also known as Goltz Pasha, Prussian Field Marshal and military writer. During the First World War he was military governor of Belgium, then became a military aide to Sultan Mehmed V in Turkey, and was put in charge of the Fifth Army
