Sandwich Guildhall WWII
Town officials outside the the Guildhall of Sandwich, build in 1658, now with a 1939 barricade of sandbags around it. Photo taken during actual air raid warning, and the town officials were on official voluntary duty at the Guildhall. They have just come out to look at some English planes which were flying overhead to defend England from the raiders
