Sir F.E. Smith
SIr Frederick Edwin Smith (1872-1930) - A member of parliament from 1906 when he joined the house of commons in 1906 representing the walton constituency of Liverpool. During the First World War Smith faught as a Colonel and in May 1915 he was knighted 1915. In 1919 he was made Lord Birkenhead and also appointed Lord Chancellor
