Belgian scouts at a camp in Tolmers, Hertfordshire, during the Second World War. More than 100 Belgian scouts attended, along with scouts from the UK and other Allied countries. Seen here is General Victor van Strydonck de Burkel of the Belgian Army, visiting the camp and chatting to a Belgian scout, Radul Paps of Brussels, member of a French school scout group
