The Governor of Mauritius, Sir John Shaw Rennie (1917-2002), receiving a casket from the Mayor, watched by scouts and others. The casket represents the Honorary Freedom of the Town of Port Louis, officially awarded to the Mauritius Boy Scouts Association by the Municipal Council in December 1962
