Revolution in Frankfurt: the Frankfurt National Assembly rejected the Prussian-Danish cease fire of Malmoe on September 9, 1848. On September 16th they had to rescind the rejection and thereby caused a national uprising. Pictured is the announcement of the cease fire by the members of parliament. A.
