Accident of the Zeppelin airship LZ 3'(Z I), 1909
On the return flight from Berlin the envelope of the Zeppelin airship LZ 3'(Z I) have been damaged due to a propeller break. After landing the damaged airship is inspected by the ground crew. After the LZ 3 was partially destroyed on 14.12.1907 at the downfall on the Reichsschwimmhalle, ran around 4400 km till its transfer to the Army. As a section was extended it was transferred to Metz as the military airship Z I on 29.06.1909 and stationed there
