Adalbert Schulz (born in 1903), was a tank officer and a major general. He is wearing the highest military decoration called Oak Leaf to the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Diamonds, which he was awarded in 1944 as the 9th soldier of the German Wehrmacht by Adolf Hitler
