Address of General Francisco Franco on Columbus

On Columbus Day (Dia de la Raza), which is celebrated in Spain and Latin America (the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus), General Francisco Franco gives a speech to supporters at the Campo de la Serna in Burgos, Castilla-Leon, Spain, on October 12, 1937. Franco is standing on a festively decorated stand at the microphone. Behind him Spanish flags are hanging, in the center, the symbol (yoke and arrows) of the Falange Espagnola, the Fascist Party of Spain, beside it on both sides, Columbus ship, the Santa Maria. To the right and left, the national colors of the Latin American countries. Before the stage - Moroccan guards in oriental uniform
