Adolf Hitler greets, in the presence of her father Joseph, Helga Goebbels, the eldest of six children of the Goebbels couple. Peter Longerich, the Hitler and Goebbels biographer described the Gooebbels as Hitler's surrogate family. Hitler was called Uncle Adolf by the children and Magda Goebbels chose to poison the children after the end of the Third Reich was certain and Hitler also took his own life
