: Aircraft is brought in position on the tarmac

Aircraft is brought in position on the tarmac

The picture shows three men belonging to the ground staff of an aerodrome, as they bring a Junkers W 33 in position. Presumably it is a disguised training school of military pilots associations in Germany from before 01.03.1935. The clothing of the men and the lack of insignia of the later Luftwaffe of the Armed Forces lead us to this conclusion. Airplanes of the type Junkers W 33 were used by the Luftwaffe and the camouflaged units in the A / B flight schools for the training of pilots
