The airship Graf Zeppelin II (LZ 130) before a test flight

The new German Zeppelin airship Graf Zeppelin II (LZ 130) is prepared in the shipyard in Friedrichshafen for a test flight. The first flight of the LZ 130 was held on 14.09.1938. Its use was limited mainly to workshop- and test flights. On the orders of Hermann Goering, the ship was scrapped when the war began in 1939
