Alfred Hugenberg
Undated picture of the German industrialist and politician Dr. Alfred Hugenberg. Hugenberg was Chairman of the Board of the Krupp Company. Since 1916, he built an own economic and political position of power, with the Hugenberg group, a national conservative media group. In 1928 he was elected chairman of the German National People's Party (DNVP) and had held the post until 1933. Hugenberg contributed in making Adolf Hitler politically socially acceptable
