American and British prisoners during the Battle of the
A column of Allied prisoners on their way to the transit camp. Next to the American prisoners there are British paratroopers, recognizable by their beret. The British 6th Parachute Division had been deployed to support the hard-pressed Americans between Dinant and Namur, where the German advance was finally stopped. Date created: 26.12.1944-25.01.1945
