American fascists, the so-called Khaki Shirts of America gather around their founder Arthur J. Smith (right) during a demonstration on Reyburn Plaza in Philadelphia and give the fascist salute. They wear their khaki uniforms and some of them wear spiked helmets. Around 2, 000 members took part in the demonstration. At the rally the fascists announced that they wanted to take over governmental power
