The Dutch aircraft designer Anthony Fokker (left) and Charles L. Lawrence, the designer of engines for the company Wright, at the airport Bolling Field. They expect American trans-Pacific planes. Fokker built their aircraft, Lawrence built the air-cooled Wright engine, which was also used by Lindbergh, Chamberlin Byrd and Maitland
