Anti-war demonstration in front of the White House in Washin

Young men demonstrate in front of the White House against the involvement of the USA in the threatening World War. The demonstrators affixed posters to the fence in front of the White House, with which they accuse President Franklin Delano Roosevelt of preparing for war. One contemporary reason for the fear of war was the so-called Sudetenland Crisis.
