The French Foreign Minister Aristide Briand (middle) and French delegates leave the Palace of Justice after a meeting during the conference of Locarno. The conference of Locarno on a security agreement in Europe waived Germany, France and Belgium through a violent change their common borders. The German eastern border is not affected. Germany also has a guarantee of admission to the League of Nations and a permanent Council seat
