Armband for German War-Disabled Men

The Oberkommando der Wehrmacht (High Command of the Armed Forces) ordered, that war-disabled men who, in consequence of their disability, were unable to drive had to wear two yellow armbands. One of the armbands displayed three black dots, the other a black iron cross
