The image shows in the foreground the pocket battleship Admiral Graf Spee and in the background the armored ship Germany, this was renamed on Hitler's order to Luetzow on 15.11.1939 and reclassified as a heavy cruiser. The ships are in the English Channel and are traveling towards the Atlantic Ocean
