Assembly of Italian Women Teachers in Rome, 1936
Five thousand women teachers came to Rome in 1936 for an information course. The picture shows some of the teachers. In Rome they learned how to educate the Figli della Lupa'. The wolf children were the six to eight year old children who were accepted into the fascist youth organization Opera Nazionale Balilla at this age in order to be directed according to the ideas of the fascist regime
