The English agent and officer T. E. Lawrence (called Lawrence of Arabia) succeeded in mounting a victorious uprising of the Arab tribes against their Turkish rulers. On this photo two Bedouins in the Sinai desert were used as a dispatch rider and a scout for the English troops
