On the left, the first telephone book of Berlin with the name: Verzeichniss der bei der Fernsprecheinrichtung Beteiligten. ('Directory of those connected to the telephone system.') With rules for telephone calls. It had only 17 pages. On the right, an Amtliches Fernsprechbuch fuer Berlin und Umgegend ('Public telephone directory for Berlin and the surrounding area') from 1931 with an advertisement for the product Lauchstaedter Brunnen'.
