A Burney Streamlined car in London, 1930
English engineer Dennystoun Burney helping his wife get out of the streamlined car that he has developed. Having founded his company in the same year, he wanted to revolutionize the automobile market. This photo was taken before the car was brought to Selfridges, to be presented to the public. This car, the Burney 22/80 hp, was supposed to become the serial model but only nine were actually built before the company had to shut down. Date created: 17.10.1930
