After the resignation of Chancellor von Bruening, Franz von Papen formed a new government, the so-called Cabinet of National Concentration. First row, from left: Chancellor Franz von Papen, Foreign Minister Konstantin Freiherr von Neurath, Food and Agriculture Minister Magnus Freiherr von Braun. Second row: Minister of Justice Franz Guertner, Defence Minister Kurt von Schleicher, Minister of the Interior Wilhelm Freiherr von Gayl, State Secretary of the Reich Chancellery Erwin Planck and Minister of Economic Affairs Hermann Warmbold. The picture was taken after the swearing in front of the Palace of the Reich President
