Four boys in sailor suits look out from a wooden tower over the sprawling tent camp set up outside Rome in April and May 1938. The camp was for tens of thousands of Italian youths from Fascist youth organizations such as the Opera Nazionale Balilla, who had traveled to Rome for Adolf Hitler's state visit. Among other things, they took part in a large parade in Rome
