Cathedral of Bamberg
The cathedral of Bamberg. The Imperial Cathedral of Sts. Peter and George was built by Emperor Henry II, who founded the Bishopric of Bamberg in 1007. In 1012 the first cathedral was consecrated, which later burnt to the ground. The renovation was consecrated in 1237
