Crown Princess Cecilie shops at the Christmas charity bazar in the Grand Hotel Esplanade in Berlin in 1931. The proceeds of the goods sold (including many artistic handicrafts) are donated to the Winterhilfe. The Christmas mass was organized by the Deutsche Adelsgenossenschaft. In the background hangs a poster advertising a Charity Tea in the Hotel Esplanade
