On April 21, 1939, according to legend the founding day of Rome in 753 BC, boys with raised rifles cheered the Duce Benito Mussolini. They stand in the Piazza Venezia in Rome. The boys belong to the fascist youth organization Opera Nazionale Balilla, which celebrated Rome's founding day with a march
