Chief of Police in Chicago presents new traffic lights, 1926
Chief of Police Collins explains to police officers one of the new traffic lights that will regulate the traffic soon. The traffic lights are controlled from a central traffic control spot in the basement of the City Hall. Right on the wall are displayed all police stars in a showcase, of police officers who were killed in service since 1 May 1905
