City view of Ingolstadt, 1939
Dark clouds, from which a few rays of sunlight break through, pass in the sky over Ingolstadt in 1939. The picture was probably taken from the Pfeifturm, or the church tower of St. Moritz. The view goes over the old town towards the west to the Hohe Schule in Hohe-Schul-Strasse (left), Theresienstrasse and Kreuzstrasse with the Liebfrauenmunster (center of the picture) and the east wing of the former Jesuitenkollegium in Konviktstrasse (right)
