For the election campaign for the Reichstag election in 1930, members of the KPD decorated these facades in the Koeslinerstrasse with flags, stars and slogans. The inscription reads, Every fourth German has been convicted. Misery has brought them into the dungeon, amnesty for them as well. Residents watch the happenings on the street from their windows
