The Compiegne wagon, 1940
Soldiers of the Fuehrerbegleitkommando (Fuehrer Escort Command) stand in front of the place of disgrace thus described overleaf, where the Compiegne armistice was signed in 1918. The wagon was specially brought from the Army Museum in Paris
