Construction of a country house for Elizabeth II, 1932
A scaled-down version of a country house is being built for Elizabeth II. It was a gift from the people of Welsh to Princess Elizabeth on the occasion of her 6th birthday. The house has gas, water, a telephone and electric light and was designed by Mr Morgan Willmott, F.R.I.B.A. of Cardiff. In the window is the daughter of the architect. By displaying the house in public, money is raised for charity causes
