The photograph shows cashier's hall 2 in the building on Werderscher Markt, which served as an extension to the Reichsbank. The photograph was taken on November 11, 1940, after the opening of the bank in Berlin-Mitte and had to be approved by the Reich Ministry for Public Enlightenment and Propaganda before it could be used
