On behalf of the German People the 1st Division of the People's Court sentenced to death the electrician Fritz Karl Steglich from Dresden, born 31.05.1884, for subversion of national defense and defeatism. Judge: Volksgerichtsrat Paul Laemmle, Kammergerichtsrat Hans-Joachim Rhese, Major General Hermann Stutzer, Gauhauptstellenleiter Ahmels, Kreisamtsleiter Diestel, First Attorney Dr. Heinz Heugel.
