Demonstration of a fog camera on board of the Manhattan
This photograph shows the performance of a fog camera aboard the ocean liner Manhattan by the captain. In heavy fog this camera penetrates the fog and objects that are invisible by the binoculars are captured on negatives, which are developed at intervals of 30 seconds. American ships have received this new camera for added security
