Indians demonstrate in Poona (today Pune) against the Royal Commission implemented by the British government, which was supposed to enact political reforms in India. The Commission was made up of Sir John Simon and six other members, no Indians among them, and was known as the Simon Seven'. The demonstrators carry banners that say Simon Go Back
