Americans protest against the arms embargo on Spain and demand arm shipments. From left the former Director of the Library of the University of Madrid, Ernestina Gonzales, wife of the delegate from Montana, Mrs. Jerry O'Connell, Carmen Conchado and the delegate of Minnesota John T.
