Members of the veterans organization The Rank and File Group demonstrate in front the Library of the Congress in Washington. hey are waiting for the decision of the Senate on the Bonus Bill'. The Senate rejected the law. The veterans of the so-called Bonus Expeditionary Force had fought in the First World War and demonstrated during the Great Depression for the payment of the so-called bonus, a special allowance allocated to the veterans for their military service
