The department store Karstadt Oberpollinger in Munich
The department store Karstadt Oberpollinger (Haus am Karlstor), in Neuhauser Strasse, was built in 1905. On two of the three gables the weather vanes are in form of merchant ships, referring to the origin of the department store operator, who was born in Hambug. As of 2007 it is called Oberpollinger Munich. Date created: 01.01.1906-31.12.1930
