The Italian Foreign Minister Dino Grandi (center) leaves with the Italian delegation the Downing Street number 10 for the London Naval Conference. The conference for limiting the naval forces opened a day later and lasted until 22 April 1930. The conference ends with the conclusion that Great Britain, Japan, France, Italy and the U.S. want to limit their new construction of fleet
