: Discharge of volunteers in the reserve, 1936

Discharge of volunteers in the reserve, 1936

The company commander of the Infantry Regiment 67 in Berlin-Spandau says goodbye to men of a volunteer age class. They are likely to be volunteers of earlier age classes, who voluntarily enlisted for 2 years around 1934. General conscription came into force only on 21.05.1935. Since their 2 year period of service is over now, they are considered part of the reserve of the Wehrmacht. Date created: 01.01.1936-31.12.1936
